The Material Deposition Machine Programmer (AMD) is a role designed to prepare and program additive manufacturing machines using Material Deposition technologies. It allows the creation and optimization of material deposition paths, simulation of the manufacturing process and validation of programs before execution. By integrating with CAD, manufacturing and simulation applications in 3DEXPERIENCE, the role helps reduce manufacturing risks, improve the quality of manufactured parts and reduce production setup time. Specific technologies supported by the module are: DED-cladding and Material Extrusion, as well as many others related to additive manufacturing.
